- Processing
Please give us 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) to process your purchase after we receive it. All orders are subject to a processing period that is not included in the time it takes for a shipment to be completed and arrive at its destination. You will instantly receive a try king number upon processing completion. Please be aware that after the product is properly processed through USPS’s system and is received, your tracking number will be updated.

Remember that we cannot promise that we will have the products in your shopping cart available. Because of this, you will receive an email informing you about your missing item if an item sells out. We will provide you with an estimate of the cost of the various shipping options after we process your order. YUNSCLOTHING provides the subsequent shipping options.

- Return
Items that are resalable, undamaged, and in new condition can be returned to us within 7 days of purchase (not including weekends or public holidays). Please send an email to support@yunsclothing.com to get in touch with our customer care staff to start a return.
The timer needs to be returned to USPS within 14 days of receiving a return label once it has been provided.
We are sorry for any trouble caused if the item you got was damaged or wrong, and we will give you a pre-paid return mailing label. In this instance, there will be no shipping fees assessed to you.
If an item is worn, damaged, or altered in any way, we reserve the right to deny a return and refund. We will let you know and offer to refund the item to you at your expense if we receive a returned item that cannot be resold. We will properly dispose of the item if you decide not to have it returned.
Items that cannot be resold include, for example:
- Stains, rips, or tears in the items
- Products that smell strongly (such as smoke or perfume);
- Products that lack tags or packaging
- Refunds
We will process your refund within 7–10 business days of receiving your returned item and confirming that it complies with our return policy standards. Please be aware that unless there was an error with your order, we are unable to reimburse shipping charges.
Shipping Costs:
You are in charge of paying the return shipping charges if you choose to return an item for any reason other than a mistake on our end. This covers the price of sending the item to you as well as the price of having it returned to us. For the safe and quick arrival of your return, we advise utilizing a trackable shipping service and getting shipping insurance.
